Helping to Mourn the Orlando Tragedy

Orlando Victim Tributes on Steps

Tributes to Orlando Victims (photo by Kelly Paras @flipflopcaravan)

I’m still freaked out and heartbroken about the unbelievable tragedy that happened at an Orlando gay club. Incredible to think this kind of evil and homophobia can still go on in this day and age.

The only positive side of this haneous act is how the LGBTQ and friends community has pulled together in the face of horror and in fact the world has shown nothing but love from what I have seen online and TV etc.

The Human Rights Campaign website has an made a brilliant world wide Online Vigil for everybody to get involved and leave a message of love and support.

Check it out at:

If there is one thing we are it is strong, loving and supportive – now we have a channel to voice that and heal together and this is another great tool to do that – well done HRC!
